Body pump is a fun workout that helps you build lean, toned muscles using weights and high repetitions to help you get max results.
Each workout is set up in muscle groups and is about 5 minutes each. Every time you switch muscle groups, you get a new song, and the rep count is set to the beat of the song.
For any BODYPUMP workout, you’ll want to have:
a barbell (dumbbells may be used as an alternative)
weighted plates for the barbell
a bench or step with risers
