Strength Training is a full-body strength training class that can be done at home with minimal equipment. The focus of this class is to improve at the foundational bodyweight lifts to gain muscle, strength, and body awareness, among many other benefits! We do variations of squats, lunges, deadlifts, push-ups, rows, and more to optimize your at-home routine with quick and fun workouts.
Fitness Levels: Beginner, Intermediate
Mondays at 12 pm ET (9 am PT) and Wednesdays at 7:30 pm ET (4:30 pm PT)
